TestFlight is a truly awesome free service that allows you to distribute your beta iOS builds to all your testers remotely in a couple of clicks. You simply upload a build of your app to the site and it becomes instantly downloadable from a shortcut on your testers iPhone, iPod or iPad’s homescreen. No more iTunes.

TestFlight requires you to upload a .ipa file. Since Corona SDK builds a .app file you’ll need to convert this. Don’t worry. It’s crazy easy, no additional tools necessary.

Step 1: Build your app with your ad hoc distribution certificate specified in the Code Signing Identity.

Step 2: Create a folder named Payload 

Step 3: Add your .app file that was created by the build task

Step 4: Compress the folder and rename Payload.zip to Payload.ipa

Step 5: Drag on to TestFlightApp upload page and we are done.

Simples.
